Online Registration

Welcome to online registration! This is for returning members and new members who missed the registration date.

Step 1 - Registration Form

All members must fill out a band or color guard registration form. Wind and percussion students must also fill out the performance top sizing form.

Dietary Restrictions

Please fill out the following form for any dietary needs. Once you are on the special diets list, you cannot be removed from the special diets list for the school year.

Step 2 - Payment

You may pay your band fees in full now if you would like or you can pay them in installments. Below you will find the payment schedule for band and color guard and information on how to pay.

Color Guard Payment Schedule

Please note that Winter Guard will have separate fees and this is the schedule for the fall season only.

Down Payment - $335 due

June 15 - $186

July 15 - $186 due

August 15 - $186 due

October 15 - remaining balance due

Band Payment Schedule

Down Payment - $273 due

Payment Information

When making your payment, always include your student’s name and what you are paying for on the memo line or envelope for all payments. Payment will be applied towards the oldest outstanding balance first. Cash, check and Zelle payments are fee friendly to the band and are preferred. You can pay your fees in the following ways:

Check/Cash

All checks should be made out to Cypress Ranch High School Band Booster Club (CRHSBBC), placed in an envelope with the student’s name and what the payment is for, and put in the safe at the front of the band hall. Checks can also be mailed to:

Step 3 - District Forms

A total of SIX documents must be filled out and returned to Mr. Fink before you are allowed to participate in any band activities. This includes:

  1. Physical Form (includes Medical History Form and Physical Examination Form)

    • ALL MEMBERS

    • It is required by state law to have a physical on file with the program before participating in any activities. This includes the June Mini Marching Camp.

  2. ECG/EKG Form

    • NEW MEMBERS and ECG DECLINERS

    • This form is to give the district permission to give your student a FREE heart screening.

  3. With and Without District Transportation Form

    • ALL MEMBERS

    • This form allows us to transport your student to and from events.

  4. Fine Arts Field Trip Form (HS)

    • ALL MEMBERS

    • This form allows us to give your student medication.

  5. UIL Acknowledgment Form

    • NEW MEMBERS

    • This form goes over the 8 hour rule for rehearsals.

  6. Media Consent Form

    • ALL MEMBERS

    • This form allows us to use pictures of your student for publications and social media.

Step 4 - CHARMS

Please take the time to login to your CHARMS account and make sure your contact information is up to date. We use this information frequently throughout the year and want to make sure you are getting all of our information. If you are having issues accessing your CHARMS account, please email Mr. Fink at zachary.fink@cfisd.net.

Step 5 - Summer Fundraiser

Every summer we work at a Top Dog fireworks stand to raise funds for the band. Every band member is expected to participate and has days assigned to their section. If a student cannot work their section’s day, they can switch days with someone from another section. Here are the section days:
